Christine Cooper, President of Cooper Financial Services, recently received an award from Sunrise of Pasco Domestice Violence and Sexual Assault Center. The award was presented by Kelly Sinn, Chief Operating Officer of Sunrise (picture at right), at an award luncheon at the Dade City Women's Club on Friday, September 30. The award was in recognition of the service provided by Cooper Financial in serving as a collection point in the Land O'Lakes area for donations to Sunrise. Donations consist of clothing and other articles useful to the women and children supported by the Center as well as donations of money. A large volume of such donations has been received as a result of Cooper's support. Christine also serves on the Board of Sunrise. The award luncheon was part of an extensive series of activities promoting Domestic Violence Awareness Month in October of this year.
